Muscle Snatch + Hang muscle snatch below the knee + overhead squat - (48/1(1+1+1))x4

Clean + Hang clean + Jerk - (84/2(1+1+1))x4

Backsquat - (102/5)x2, (102/17)

Clean + Hang clean + Jerk - (90/2(1+1+1))x4, (100/2(1+1+1))

Backsquat - (110/3), (120/3), (125/15)
